Radio, gauges, lights blip turn off and back on

What is your question?

I will just be driving my truck, and all of a sudden the gauges, radio, and lights all just kind of turn off and back on in a split second. It happens when I change gears going up hill or getting onto the gas just a little bit. What could be causing this? The truck doesn't shut off, just the gauges, radio, and lights
