my ABS light just came on do I need to get it fixed

When the ABS light comes on you don't have ABS brakes. you have "normal brakes". Find someone to scan the truck for you.

you can get a scan at autozone for free and its probably a wheel speed sensor. it will disable your abs system. but you will still have regular brakes. fix it as needed you just wont have the pulse of brake pedal
