Depending on the engine there could be. The 4.3L engine with two injectors in the throttle body runs at a much lower (15psi) then the "spider" injector in the "enhanced" 4.3L engine where the injector is inside the intake manifold (60psi). If you have the same type of 4.3L engine in your two vehicles the fuel pressure would be the same.

60 psi on a asto 4.3 vortec when pump is primed should drop no lessthan 55 psi
