What is the code list for the OBD "1.5"

I have a Chevy S-10 4.3 V6, and I have looked everywhere and cannot find a code list for the OBD system. This year specifically, has a unique system. It took me many hours and trial and error to even get the codes to flash. I had to short Pins 4 & 12 (or pins 5 & 12). And instead of the "Check Engine, or Check Guages", it's the "Brake (!)" light indicator that flashes the codes. There were 22 codes in all. I need an EXACT code list for this specific make/model/year. Considering it's that in-betweeny time, it makes things complicated. The fact it's a 16 Pin connector, it cannot be OBD 1. Also, it did not start the sequence at Code 12, as most listings show. When I checked the codes, it started at Code 46. The pins that are used on the connector are as follow- 4,5,6,9,12,16.
