What is your question?

over the past weeks my idle has been increasing, now it is really high and won't come down. Replaced the TPS, EGR, and some vacuum hoses. Can't aford the IAC.

I would check for vacuum leaks other than hoses. You will want to check your intake and throttle body gaskets. Let me know what you come up with
