blower comes on but cant feel air from defroster or floor vent

What is your question?

Truck does heat up but cant feel air from defroster or floor vent, don`t hear anything when switching between the two.Have been told could be clogged or duct came apart.Any ideas? It has a 1996 4.3 engine.
