i have a chevrolet s10 ls with a v6 vortec. i have a problom of it shutting off

my problem is that when i am going down the high way it will shut down and ill pull over and after about 5-10 min it will fire rate back up . i have replaced fuel pump. ignition module, coil, fuel filter, wire lines in the tank for the pump, iv checked the wires non of them are broke or rubbing and everything is getting perfect grounds. please help need ideas
