Any way I can get it up

Hello, maybe - maybe not. Assuming you have a power window mechanism, this consists of a power window motor and window regulator, and then of course the glass frame and the channels the window slides up and down in. When the motor fails or the regulator fails, typically the glass is binding due to the attachment and the mechanisms not working. The only chance you have is to remove the door panel and carefully try to manipulate the glass upwards manually. Keep in mind that the sheet metal at the door openings to get to the motor and regulator are razor sharp and can cause you physical harm, so if not experienced I'd recommend seeking professional help.
