I have a 93 S-10 that won't run. it has spark and fuel, just turns over but won't run

it has the 2.2L engine. It just quit one day and have checked for spark and has spark and fuel injectors are spraying fuel into the throttle body but it just cranks and won't fire.... any help is appriciated

Hello, Compression test is recommended on all four cylinders. Also, a cooling system pressure test might turn up an internal leak. I'm sure you have, but try cranking it with the accelerator pressed ever so slightly.
