very fast idle,,,,how to adjust fuel (injected)

Need to know what type fuel injection, does it have the air cleaner/filter on top of engine, like it has got a carb. ....or over toward the driver side fender? TBI..OR..CPI injection system...? Or 8th digit in vin. Yeah, it makes a difference! If you want a more acurate answer!!
