I have a 92 s10 blazer will turn over but not start

What is your question?

the fuel pump making noise as if stuck could the relay be going out ? can it be tested ? hoping to find somthing out dont want to drop the tank and replace fuel pump if i dont have to

**I don't know your skill level** - SO - Have a car repair savvy friend help you out by CAREFULLY adding a little fuel to the throttle body to see IF the engine will start... IF engine starts then stalls, fuel pump failure is suspected ..... Actual fuel 'pressure' testing on this system should be done professionally due to complexity of attaching test equipment. This procedure (including fuel pump replacement) should NOT be attempted by the average DIYer!

thanks for the help im not a complete fool under a hood . thought it might be the pump , i have done one in tank pump replacement they suck was hoping might be something else thanks again

It must be the fuel pump then(?) .. We have no way of knowing what people can or can't do .. Just try to make suggestions that won't get anyone hurt... Most folks just want to hear that there's a magic button under the hood somewhere they can push and everything will be fixed!
