That’s really rare - engine has got to have *several thousand* miles in it for that to happen to a 4.3L - never seen one jump time.
IF the spark is sufficient - try putting a *couple ounces* of gas in throttle body to see if it will at least try to start and run just a bit.
Should backfire or something to indicate it’s getting good spark.
Distributor may be 180° off.
Camshaft timing may be off as well.
