Dome light issue with something plugged into cigarette lighter

What is your question?

When something is plugged into the cigarette lighter plug the dome lights stay on when the doors are closed and dome lights go off when doors are open. Only does it when cigarette lighter plug used. With nothing plugged in, the lights work normally.
