Replaced battery, now it won't start. No power to dash or ignition.

Thank you for your quick response. I've already done that. Any other ideas? We arced the starter and it would start over and over but would die right away every time.

You can jump the starter , so you have voltage at that cable end. You say no power to dash or ignition...Where does the voltage STOP at? Fuse box? Test for VOLTAGE at fuses under dash. You need to find out how far the circuit is complete. Find harness connector for ignition switch and test for voltage there.
