I changed the blower motor,resistor,module,fuses seem to work still nothing blows And both lights are on on the module

What is your question?

I'm not hearing anything it doesn't come on when i turn the knob

VERY GOOD possibility during the attempted repair - a fuse was burned into - or a failed *RELAY* was the problem all along.. TEST FUSES AGAIN - then see if relay clicks as it should. May need *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel.. Can’t type out all of the specific details here - got stuff to do!
