I have changed the battery alternator spark plugs and wires timing chain and gears the starter and put gas in the car it has new fuelpump and filter and everything in the car has been changed as far as all the sensors but it still isnt cranking and i dont know why.......it acts like its going to start but it dont it just has the consistant crank noise

Check for ignition spark - easily done.
The information we really need is the engine size as the two options have different components.
Additionally if there is no ignition spark - think crankshaft position sensor.
