Owners manual has this info. in it! Can buy one online IF there aint one in the car. Handy little book.

thx i found a 1999 monte manual on line found the fuze box and changed fuze. come to find out i have a cell phone charger i bought from amazon it must of went bad i change fuze plugged in my t moblie one it was good to go plug in aftermarket one it blewa brand new fuze. i tossed the after market charger.! thx again!!
