99 monte carlo 3.1 6v. the radiator fans are not working

Could be numerous problems? Make sure your coolant is full? Check all fuses to make sure they are good. Could be fan relay or coolant temperature switch?

there will be 2 relays for the fans side by side under the hood but those fans dont kick on until the egine coolant has reached atleast 180 degrees.
