A grinding noise from front wheel while coasting

What is your question?

Whenever i coast while driving this loud grinding noise is present in the front passenger wheel but whenever I hit the accelerator it’s immediately gone and when I brake it’s immediately gone as well. Whenever the grinding is present I can feel the vibrations from it. I don’t know what to do please help.
