What is this problem? I can’t figure it out.

Gas pedal and brake pedal is vibrating a little. And my car is not accelerating well. Rpm is high and acceleration is slow. Sometimes when at complete stop, when i accelerate, it takes time to react and then it suddenly catches speed. I changed its oil but its still the same. WELP.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Its definitely slower than before
