Repair cost belt tensioner

What is your question?

Serpentine belt shredded, but still drivable.was told that the tensioner wheel locked (seized) how much should it cost to replace and install the serpentine belt?

What makes this problem better or worse?

The car drives good, but seem to think if I keep driving it the belt will break.

How long has your 2013 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?
