2012 chevy malibu CV axle

I had my 2012 cv axle front passenger changed back in march of 2023. My question is it supposed to look like this after 6 months!? All the threads are stripped out on the bolt and the nut, it took us an hour to get the nut off using an impact.at first i thought it was my wheel bearing but surprise
