2011 Malibu what is the most common reason for crank but no start?

What is your question?

I drove it home turned it off for 20 minutes and went back out to move it and it wouldn't start you can crank on it all day or until the battery dies but it won't start up and run I've never seen anything like this myself

Check for fuel pressure and spark. Possible fuel pump is not working anymore. Check for power at pump.

Id bet you need a crank sensor

Perhaps, but best to eliminate possible bad relay or fuse to fuel pump first.

I checked all the relays and pump already its all like it should be in that area anyways but thanks for the suggestions
