What is your question?
I have a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. I was driving one day and my chair dropped on the right side and became lopsided. I tried to put it back into place and it will stay like that for a few minutes but eventually will drop again while I’m driving. This is very dangerous considering I’m very short and raise my seat higher than the average level. I’ve seen that this happens often. What can I do to fix this without spending so much to replace it. I’ve gone to junk yards to try and find a replacement but have been told the chairs they have won’t fit or can’t support due to the electrical system of the chair. Please advise.
How long has your 2010 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?
1-2 years

Hello, sounds like a seat frame or seat track issue. It needs to be evaluated. A repair shop, a body shop, a trim shop, a dealership - needs to evaluate the concern. Either the current components can be repaired or they will need to be replaced. There's no other option unfortunately.
