Only a very light click,won't turn over.after time it starts like new

Every time I go somewhere in my car,when it's time to leave,my car won't start.wont even turn over.replaced starter,not the problem. Replaced engine control module,new battery,still when I drive it, After I turn it off,it won't start again for an unknown period of time. Getting a jump didn't work either.please tell me something
