From what you have described the fuse that provides power to the fuel pump has blown and continues to do so. Your fuel system has multiple components to ultimately provide fuel to the injectors. The PCM (Power Train Control Module) receives pulses to activate the fuel pump relay, once these pulses are received and the relay activated, power is provided to the pump via the fuse that continues to blow out. The most likely cause is a failure in the fuel pump as it is an electric pump located in the fuel tank. If you have a volt meter you can remove the fuse and determine the voltage draw at the fuse socket. As previously recommended, the best approach is to take the vehicle to a service center for a complete diagnosis. Under no condition should you place a higher amperage fuse in the fuel pump fuse socket.
