Not typically, as they are sealed hub bearings. There is nothing to really inspect and nothing to repack as with older cars. Key things to look out for when if you have a worn bearing - they will make a roaring noise that gets worse when you are driving and turning in one particular direction. Also, the wheels will have noticeable resistance spinning them. But it's very hard with front wheel drive cars to determine this by just spinning a wheel.
