I am thinking of getting this car for my son in college. Good track record?

4 cylinders are almost always easier and cheaper to repair. Better gas mileage and the parts for maintenance are usually lower too. Just have to compromise with not having as much 'get up and go'. Track record is on a individual basis by vehicle. Was it taken care of with regular service or just beat up and traded-in or up for sale. Take a trained eye with you to check vehicle out before buying.
