What is your question?
I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu and the speedometer and fuel gauge don't work. The temperature gauge and RPM guages work just fine. Also, a few warning lights come on as well. When I'm going the speedometer only goes up to about 10mph even when I'm noticeably going faster than that. Help!
How long has your 2003 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?
Recently just bought it

Some GM vehicles of that era had intermittent problems with the instrument clusters themselves where the gauges will not read correctly or will stop working entirely. That said, there are also indications that your 2003 Chevrolet Malibue might have other issues (other warning lights) that may or may not be related to your gauge problem. It's very difficult to try and provide an answer over the internet for this kind of issue. I suggest taking it to a repair center for an actual diagnosis so you have the proper information about what is wrong and what it might take to fix it.
It’s simply a fuse I’ve had this happen multiple times 10 amp fuse you can find it on your fuse box
Thank you for responding, however, it's highly unlikely that one of the two 10 amp fuses (labled IPC/BFC and IPC/HVAC) that feed the instrument cluster have blown given the original post said the cluster has power (lights and most gauges function). The IPC/HVAC fuse applies power at all times to retain memory and the IPC/BFC applies switched power VIA ignition.
