AC working but not Cold. The compressor is working the lines are hot and cold.

What is your question?

Compressors working lines are cold the air is blowing but somehow the air is not going over the evaporator strange but everything's working. My wife said it works intermittently I've never seen it work yet I think the actuator doors aren't permitting the air to go over the evaporator or the dryer.

What makes this problem better or worse?

My wife said a blue cold a couple of times and it stopped
