where is the transmission dip stick on this car. I had my fluids changed but, GOODYEAR said they couldn't change the transmission fluid then another service center said it's because of the way chevy built the car that you can't get to it. that doesn't make sense to me and now my transmission is slipping

It does not have a dipstick, however the fluid level can be and has to be checked. The fluid has to go through the vent cap, and there is a check plug which has to be removed, BUT you have to follow the service steps! Most shop should have the procedure to do so, if not, you are in the wrong shop. Zee
