replaced intake gasket and now car sounds like theres no compression almost like the starter is just winding but the belt is turning i tried cranking for about 30 seconds and nothing just sounds like no compression and no firing not even backfire what could be the problem it ran befor i replaced gasket all wiring seems fine?

This may be due to a starter problem. Sometimes the starter will turn, but the solenoid does not shoot the shaft out into the starting sprocket. However, if you think it is a compression problem, get a compression test done (very simple). If it is the compression, check the following: 1.) Valves(one may be bent letting all the compr. out) 2.) Head gasket (may be blown) 3.) O rings(on the piston. AKA piston rings)
