cooling fans do not turn on

What is your question?

I replaced the cooling sensor, I jump the fans with a paper clip in the fuse box they work, tested the relays they click with 12 v , but still nothing when the car is running HOT

How long has your 1998 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?

I think for years now
