I was driving down road all of a sudden wouldnt go. No issues with slipping or anything. Let it sat for 20 min put in drive and it went fine for about 20 minutes. Now wont go in drive or reverse

The transmission hasn't slipped at all. It just stopped all at once. But after it sits for a few it will drive.

What makes this problem better or worse?

It seems after it warms up
