Easiest way to change accessory belt tensioner on 3.1 1996 lumina?

Thanks for the reply. Part had deteriorated so badly that would not lock into slack mode.Tensioner pulley had cut groove in front cover, almost through. Finally got it unbolted, and new one went on without a hitch. Thanks again for the reply.
