how can i test security system in my car to see if its making the car stall on start up

we have had the car for 2 years and it has been very difficult to diagnose what is the problem i have replaced several parts sensors and fuel pump..tested parts but every thing checks out good the car has 57.897 miles on it and sat for a long time in a garage.. starts and dies .. frustrated with it
