1998 Chevy k3500 6.5 turbo diesel Fuel leak out the bottom side of the block

I have 1998 chevy 3500 I just changed fly wheel and starter now I’m leaking leaking diesel out of a little hole on the bottom side of the block above oil filter and it’s bad as well as I might be leaking oil now too would someone please be. Able to help me this is my first time owning the Detroit diesel and I’m going through hell to fix it
