Why is my Steering wheel creeking when I’m driving at low speeds

I took my Impala in for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was driving out of service department I noticed the creaking sound? My Impala is a 2019 LT no problems no strange sounds drove perfectly? What happened to my car? I’m afraid to drive my car - Driving my car could make the problems worse? Right?? Was the creaking noise issue caused by something the service department did wrong?

What makes this problem better or worse?
