What is your question?
Nothing works as far as it goes for working windows other than the drivers window on drivers door, and passenger window on passenger door. Rear window switches dont work on drivers door or their respective doors. Mirror adjustment doesnt work. I tried changing the master switch on the drivers door, still doesnt work.
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Impala had this problem?
More than a month

Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your Chevrolet Impala. Based on the concern mentioned with how the rear windows will not operate from the master control switch or their own switches and since the master switch assembly has already been replaced and the issue continues to occur, this issue can be caused by broken wiring leading between the drivers side door and door jamb area itself, broken wiring leading to the rear doors or in some cases possibly an internal electrical problem with the body control computer (BCM) as many of the window and mirror features run through the BCM itself. I recommend having the wiring inspected first to see if any issues are found. If the wiring is found to be o.k. then the electrical signals will need to be tested at the window motors and switches to aid with identifying the fault.
