Water leaking into the floorboards of the back seats and the driver side soaking the insulation and noise deadening material rubber coating applied to the floor of the car is peeling up with water trap underneath of it causing a health concern with mold
What makes this problem better or worse?
Could be the air conditioner line leaking into the car as well as bad seals around the doors and trunk

This could be coming from a bad drain from a sunroof, a bad seal at the firewall, a bad seal at the windshield, etc. There are many places water can come in and this will require a hands-on inspection. If you want to diagnose it yourself have a friend spray water on the car with a hose while you are inside with a flashlight looking for the leak. So it turns out the water was coming from the rear tail light seals. The owners driveway is on a slight hill and she parks with the front facing down hill. The water leaked into the trunk filled up the spare tire area, overflowed under the back seats into the floor and up to the front sests. Shitty
