I have the same EXACT problem with mine, 2014 Impala
What is your question?
Same problem with my 2014 Impala,it breaks up at about 1800 to 2400 RPM,but still maintains sorta speed.
if iI get on it , it goes, but the breaking up still exists at the specified RPM.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing
How long has your 2014 Chevrolet Impala had this problem?
"Breaking up" - misfire from the engine, no power? Does the engine rev but maybe with transmission engagement issue? Does it feel like it's choking?
It's hard to know what you're experiencing without a hands on diagnostic test.
The engine does Die a little during the time it is losing power. the TACH goes down, some RPM, then goes back to normal, then repeats itself, a number of times.
Hope this helps ! The transmission seems NORMAL at this time. Can't tell if it's choking or not.Just the engine breaks up between 1800 and 2400 RPM.
