Why does my 2008 chevy impala hunch while driving?

the car jerks I thought maybe bad gas or plugs. it smooths out when I apply the gas pedal.

plugs are a good start but wires are also a possibility. if you are going to do the plugs, take the extra time and replace the wires also. Roy
