just sitting light comes on in idile, and reads rich fuel bank 1 which is a new o2 sensor, but reads incomplete. on the code reader .does not feel right when driving. there maybe a humming noise. vibrant while driving, could a vaccum leak cause a rich running code.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, vacuum leaks would cause a lean running code, not a rich one. You would be looking for an air restriction - not abundant air. Or, too much fuel being delivered without being commanded, such as a stuck open fuel injector. It's definitely a concern that must be resolved - so it might be that some hands on professional testing is warranted.
