What is your question?

Does anybody know where a bowl looking cap that says on / off with it on it goes? It’s a black plastic piece with a rubber gasket looks like a lid of some sort. I was doing work on my gf impala and I cleaned the mass air flow sensor and throttle body. But I’m not seeing where this goes
