Remove or disconnect the following: Negative battery cable Radiator lower air deflector Torque converter cover Electrical connections from the starter Starter motor Reverse the procedure to reinstall the starter. When replacing the starter, compare the length of the replacement to the original, they supplied different starters for this engine so keep your eyes open for that.
