What is your question?
When I start my car it is on 1 rpm. It drives well but when I try to accelerate over 30mph it won't accerelate but my rpms go all the way up. If I go up a hill, my car will accelerate and drive normally then. I don't understand why it will accelerate normally when I go up a hill, and after I go up the hill it drives just fine. It doesn't happen every time I start the car but it happens most of the time. I checked my transmission fluid and it was kind of low. So I added transmission fluid (the right kind according to my car). But when I got in my car for work, I had the same issue. Please help. I have a 2006 Chevy Impala LT V6 3.9L

Hands on testing is required to see what is happening. Your transmission could be slipping. But you could also have an engine performance issue causing the lack of acceleration. Guessing at it is impossible, testing must be performed to find out what is happening.
If your rpm is going way up with no acceleration, it almost certainly is a transmission problem. If your transmission fluid level is ok, the next step would be to hook up a diagnostic analyzer to see if there are any transmission related trouble codes in the computer (btw, the cheap code readers don't always catch all of the transmission codes). If there are transmission codes, follow chevy's diagnostic process for each code. If no codes, start looking for a mechanical problem - drop the oil pan, look for metal chunks or glitter, or filter problems.
