What is your question?
I have to replace the fuel pressure sensor and want to know how to replace it. Do I have to drop the gas tank all the way or, can I just lower the tank just enough to get to it? Please explain in detail. Thanks for the help.
How long has your 2006 Chevrolet Impala had this problem?

yours is mounted to the top of the fuel pump module assembly.why are you replacing it?
I know where it's located. . Do I have to drop the gas tank all the way or, can I just lower the tank just enough to get to it? The scan showed P0452. How do I drop the fuel tank to get to it? Thank you very much for your reply.
1st, look for access panel if that year has one>>>lift up the carpet in the trunk behind the back seat, remove the fasteners holding down the access plate, remove access plate and swap out sensor(if that is the problem) on top of fuel pump. if that year has no access panel, then the tank will need to be dropped.
After 2005, no access panel. How do I drop the fuel tank to get to it? Please explain in detail. Thank you for your reply and help.
