How can i repair my own radiator, including hoses and everything else for fix.

Car is a LT model. I need to repair this and possibly a water pump. I am constantly adding anti freeze and water to the resevoir. I know a little general repair about my car but this is killing me! Also i notice that when my engine is running i can hold my hand in the area of the resevoir and feel little spinkles. Not sure but i think that means a leak and bad hose. Please help
