Changed head gaskets on my 2005 Chevy Impala. Now there is a no crank no start

What is your question?

Horn blows, interior light works, but power windows, headlights, instrument panel, nor radio are not working. What could be causing this? Oh yeah after the head gasket job it cranked but wasn't getting fuel. Fuel pump wasn't engaging, but jumped it and it pumps fine.Possible shortage some where maybe?
