What is your question?
Yesterday my car was driving perfectly fine, I parked turned it off, 30 minutes late I try to turn it back on and nothing. All the lights come on, but there’s no noise or crank. The starter was changed, the battery was checked. The car can be turned on roughly by under the hood but it cuts right back off seconds later. I’m leaning more to it being the ignition switch but keep questioning myself because I keep getting told it can’t be. It also won’t start with a jump start.

Hello, you can't start the car under the hood because you have to honor the immobilizer system of the key. Sounds like a problem with the transmission sensor that indicates position in Park or Neutral, or maybe even the ignition switch and or key cylinder.
